Accounts and shared stories

Adults sign in through Google. We store their Google account identifier, name, email, and profile image URL, plus account and organization information. School collections store a title, selected catalog stories, access code, and expiry date. Use routine names rather than student names.

Reading a school collection does not require a child account, Google sign-in, or a purchase. Anyone holding a valid shared code can read that collection. Treat codes and handouts as private.

Expiry and deletion

Staff can immediately revoke codes, replace them, or delete a collection in the school workspace. Access ends on the displayed expiry date, or when school access ends. Replacing a code also ends existing reading sessions for that code.

Deleting a collection removes its live record. Backup retention, whole-school export/deletion requests, and any school-specific retention agreement must be confirmed during purchasing.

Services and accessibility

Google handles adult authentication. School sharing uses prepared stories; it does not send names or story content to an AI provider. QR codes are generated in the app. The optional family membership checkout is hosted by Gumroad.

Before a school purchase, request the current hosting and backup provider details, data agreement, and accessibility review. These pages do not claim a compliance certification. The school flow uses labeled forms, keyboard-operable controls, and printable reading material.

Purchasing and support

Use the request form for quotes, invoices, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and support questions. Submitting a request creates no subscription or charge. Requests are reviewed manually; this form does not send an automatic email.
